Compass Building and Realty LLC is a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina, this is very rare among custom builders. Most custom home builders can only build in their local areas; they are not equipped to do scattered site building which is building on many sites over a large geographic area. Compass Building & Realty LLC can be building multiple custom homes in 2 states simultaneously!

What makes this all possible? Compass Building and Realty LLC has a highly skilled, customer service focused, organized Operations Department in house! They manage our group of skilled contractors, many of whom have been with us more than 10 years and have as much as 20years experience working on our homes. Our staff has over 40 years of experience in building! They are all in place to ensure that our customer’s homes are completed timely and with the highest quality finishing possible, even though they are managing many homes over many miles.
