Pre-Construction & Construction Services

Lender Relationships
There are as many options in loan types as there are carpet colors for your new home. From basic pre-qualifications and construction lending to mortgage, our experienced staff will assist you every step of the way.

Building Site
Where your new Home is located can be as important as the plan itself.  Lake or mountain lots with views although beautiful can present challenges during the construction process. Our team of experts will help guide you through the entire process, from lot acquisition, to site evaluations, to regulations, and building code interpretation.

Custom Design Services
We understand that every client we build for is unique.  Each one has their own individual wants, needs and dreams...  As your plan evolves from initial concept to engineered drawings we'll incorporate the special features on your wish list to tailor your home to fit your lifestyle and specific needs.

Project Cost Estimating
We use the most current and advanced estimating systems available and by understanding all phases of a construction project we can virtually eliminate over-runs and costly surprises.

Turnkey Construction

Equity Builder Program
If you have working knowledge of some of the projects tasks and you would like to do some of the work yourself. You can do the work yourself and exchange sweat equity for real equity.

Owner completion
Have you always wanted you build your own home? Did you ever wanted to utilize your knowledge of some parts of the home building process? If you have and you have never had the time or the knowledge to general contract a full project we have a solution for you.. We will get about 80% there by doing the bulk of the project and turn over the rest to you so you can apply your personal touches to your home and have the satisfaction of saying “I built it.”
