Our History

Compass Building and Realty is a family owned and operated business located in Denver NC.  The location in Denver has been operating since 1996 and was owned by the manufacturer of R-Anell and staffed by the current owners of Compass Building and Realty..

In 2009, Compass Building and Realty entered into an ownership agreement with R-Anell where-as we’re an exclusive distributor for their product. We are recognized as one of the top builders in our region and was nominated for “2010 Home Builder of the Year” by the Lake Norman Home Builders Association.

The Denver location has a rich history for success and we’ve been recognized as the number one (1) single lot location for R-Anell 10 of the 14 years we’ve been in existence. R-Anell  is recognized as an industry icon is recognized as the largest distributor of modular homes in the southeast and number one (1) in the Carolina’s.

Compass Building and Realty is committed to being R-Anell’s finest builder of modular homes in the seven (7) state territories they do business in. We are also committed to being the most complete builder in the custom building industry as we can offer additionally complete custom on site building. We can build log cabins, post and beam homes, timber frame homes, and light commercial buildings alongside our modular product.

The ownership of Compass Building and Realty has over 40 years combined experience in the industry and they are recognized nationally as some of the industry’s top leaders with a vision that combines modular homes and site built construction together under one roof.
